Design Consultation
Our director Craig Archer will meet with you at your home to discuss your outdoor room plans. We will explore different options to suit your lifestyle, family and needs. We can give expert advice regarding design, products and finishes to help your ideas come to life. We can provide you with a cost estimate before providing a formalised quote.
Quote
Following your consultation, we will prepare a personalised design and detailed quote for your project. It is important that our quotes reflect your outdoor room vision, and we are happy to make any changes if needed. Once you are happy with the quote, we can decide on a start date and prepare contracts.
Construction
Throughout your project our director Craig will be there to meet with you and be in regular contact. Our team will be helping you every step of the way to ensure a smooth, stress free build. Once the job has been completed all building mess will be removed from your home and a final inspection completed. We will ensure you are 100% happy with your project before finishing up. It is important that you feel confident in the quality and commitment of our construction and offer a 6-year structural warranty.
